It’s January 2, which means that by now you’ve either stuck with your New Year’s resolution (great job!) or already let it fall by the wayside (hey, it happens to the best of us). Of course, even if you haven’t achieved some of your goals, there’s still one resolution you can stick to: remembering to watch Neil Patrick Harris host the Oscars.
As the tuxedo-clad Academy Awards emcee says in his latest promo: “It’s that time of the year when we start thinking about New Year’s resolutions. The top three being: eat less, exercise more, and watch me host the Oscars.”

Okay, now watching NPH host the Oscars (which he’ll be doing for the first time in his career) is definitely a resolution we can all stick to. Besides, as the Gone Girl star bluntly puts it at the end of the clip, “Let’s be realistic, you’re not going to eat less.”
