This Valentine’s Day Punch Recipe May Make You Fall in Love

Jasmine tea, rosemary, and the elderflower-infused liqueur St-Germain are just a few of the deliciously sophisticated ingredients you’ll find in this crowd-pleasing punch created by award-winning mixologist Hillary Choo, who most recently worked at The Bazaar by Jose Andres at the SLS Hotel in South Beach, Miami.

“The tea adds an extra layer of depth and flavor and really enhances the floral notes in the St-Germain liqueur,” says Choo. “Add a rosemary sprig to the cocktail glass—it looks so pretty and the scent is amazing.” Easy to make and super festive, it’s the ideal brew for a Galentine’s Day gathering of friends.
