World Aids Day: Here’s How You Can Shop to Support the Cause

Today is World AIDS Day, and some of your favorite fashion brands and celebrities have teamed up to join fight against AIDS. Approximately 35 million people around the world are living with HIV/AIDS, but because of the progress made in search of a cause, the world is now on the edge of an incredible possibility: to deliver the first AIDS-free generation in over 30 years.

Looking for ways you can take action and support World AIDS Day? Show some love for the cause by shopping these products:

1. Apple
For the next two weeks, a special section of the App Store called Apps for (RED) will offer 25 apps with exclusive new content where all proceeds will go directly to the Global Fund to fight AIDS. In addition, today Apple will donate a portion of sales at Apple’s retail and online stores around the world.

2. Aden + Anais
The chic baby brand has partnered with stylish celebrity moms Jessica Alba, Gwen Stefani, and Rachel Zoe on a limited-edition gift pack that includes three printed organic swaddles made from soft and breathable cotton muslin. For each Aden + Anais (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition Designer Collection 3-pac sold, 25% of the retail price will go to benefit the Global Fund and empower parents to take action towards an AIDS-free generation.

3. amfAR Gear
There are a variety of stylish items you can purchase to help support the cause, including T-shirts, beach towels, and a limited-edition canvas tote designed by Jean Paul Gaultier.

5. (RED)
Moleskin notebooks, Beats by Dre headphones, Bottletop bags and clutches, and many more great (RED) branded items are available that all benefit the goal of delivering an AIDS-free generation.
