There’s nothing like starting out the day with a glamorous photo shoot. However, today isn’t just your typical day at the studio. We tagged along on set with JCPenney to bring you a behind-the-scenes account of their spring photo shoot featuring real women as models.
We know style doesn’t squeeze into a one-size-fits-all category, so for this project, we recruited five inspiring women from diverse backgrounds and in different sizes to help showcase the best spring trends for every body. With the help of a professional beauty task force and the fabulous production crew, each of these five muses were flown out to N.Y.C. for a custom photo-shoot and a pampering experience they’ll never forget.The best part? We were able to capture the essence of each JCPenney model muse without overpowering each woman’s individuality, and all without compromising style.
