The 29-year-old Sports Illustrated 2009 cover girl famously dated Leonardo DiCaprio for five years, but it looks like her heart was taken by another.
According to local reports, Refaeli and Ezra, 40, met through mutual friends and the proposal took place while the couple was vacationing in the Caribbean last week.
