The Subliminator Smoothie
Makes:
2 cups
Ingredients:
1½ cups frozen banana
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup frozen cherries
1½ apples, juiced (or 1 cup store-bought juice)
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp your choice of rice-protein powder
1 tsp flaxseed oil
½ tsp spirulina powder
Directions:
Blend ingredients until smooth.
