Ariana Grande may have sizzled in three pairs of thigh high boots at the MTV VMA Awards back in August, but that trio of looks pales in comparison to her ensemble at the 2014 CMA Awards. The pop star performed her hit “Bang Bang” with country band Little Big Town in a glow-in-the-dark mini skirt and matching crop top (how very Taylor Swift-esque of her!). She finished the look with her signature voluminous ponytail hairstyle. Throughout her performance, her ensemble changed colors, from silver to pink to red, matching the rest of the group.
“Was an honor to perform on the #CMAs tn! thanks so much @littlebigtown for welcoming me on your stage. the sweetest,” she tweeted right after the performance. “Y’all sounded amazing!” We have to hand it to Grande; only she could make neon look quite this good.
