It was a natural step. Without the ring there would be no dress!
Several pieces in your collection have unique silhouettes like the Art Deco Halo ring and the Hexagon Halo Ring. Were these pieces inspired by dresses in your collection?
I often draw inspiration from my dresses when I design my jewelry collection. In this past bridal collection I experimented with color, specifically using a beautiful hydrangea blue. Then I introduced a blue sapphire into this new jewelry collection for fall. I offered the sapphire jewelry for my bride who is less traditional and wants to make an impact on her big day.
How is designing engagement rings different than wedding gowns?
The design process whether its dresses, engagement rings or my tabletop collection simply starts from something that visually inspires like a beautiful fabric, work of art or a bold color.
