She may live in a tiny apartment on TV, but in real life Lena Dunham’s accommodations are decidedly more glamorous. The Girls creator and star and author of the book Not That Kind of Girl has reportedly purchased a $4.9 million condominium in Brooklyn’s Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, a big upgrade from her previous $500,000 one-bedroom in the same area.

Called The Heights, Dunham’s new abode is one of only five luxury condominiums in the development and each one features its own private elevator, top of the line appliances, and views of the lower Manhattan skyline. The 3,200-square-foot pad, which boasts four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, offers plenty of space for Dunham’s longtime boyfriend Jack Antonoff and her slew of famous friends (like Taylor Swift and Mindy Kaling). Color us jealous.
