The 2014 FIFA World Cup, aka the biggest soccer tournament on earth, kicks off June 12 in Brazil, marking its second time serving as the host country (the first was in 1950). “We wanted to do something that represented the flavor of the country without putting footballs or national flags onto the garments,” says Josefine Aberg, global design director of Adidas Originals, of its collaboration with the Farm Company. “The Farm Company is famous for their amazing prints. It was a nice marriage, pulling our iconic silhouettes with their prints.”
