Forget Best Actress: Sienna Miller Wins Best Dressed in Our Book

While everyone is buzzing about what Oscar’s Best Actress nominees might wear this Sunday night, we can’t wait to see what Sienna Miller shows up in. The star of American Sniper and Foxcatcher is always one to watch on the red carpet, and her style choices are always painfully enviable.

The actress has worn buzzed-about looks all award season long—from TV show appearances to major red carpet events.

Miller manages to always have this underlying sense of unexpectedness to her outfits which helps her carry a unique, individual flare, even with a standard jeans and T. Her red carpet choices tend to be well-received risks—she chooses pieces that don’t always scream “red carpet,” like the Miu Miu number she wore to this year’s Golden Globes (pictured, at top).

While we wait with bated breath to see what killer fashion Miller will wear to the Oscars, we took a look back at the star’s most recent style moments.

In Céline at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

The actress sat down with Jimmy Fallon wearing an ultra-chic striped knit dress by Céline. Pierre Hardy sandals and Jennifer Fisher jewelry added to her “I-wish-I-was-wearing-that” look.

In Balenciaga at the New York Premiere of American Sniper

Miller chose a sheer appliqued Balenciaga number with an off-the-shoulder neckline designed by Alexander Wang. The actress made a case for chic white shoes and paired a Harry Winston necklace with a cool-girl upper ear mini hoop.

In Altuzarra at The Daily Show with Jon Stewart

The style star worked an Altuzarra bodysuit and blanket wrap skirt for her appearance on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Strappy Sonia Rykiel sandals and a bright lip added a personal flare to her ladylike look.

In a LWD at The Late Show with David Letterman

Miller took some time out of her hectic schedule to chat with David Letterman in a LWD with buttons running down the side, accessorizing with chunky black bangles, sheer black tights, and black platform sandals.

We’re excited to see a lot more of Miller’s style even after the Oscars come to a close. The actress is gearing up to sing and dance every night on Broadway in the revival of the beloved musical Cabaret.
