A woman’s work is never done. The super successful Jessica Alba seemed to embody the phrase yesterday, as she spent time at the Honest company’s office on her 34th birthday. Luckily, her family showed up and made sure her special day wasn’t all work and no play.

Taking to Instagram, Alba shared a photo from the impromptu celebration (above), and revealed that she’d, “… cried like a baby.” The excited birthday girl posed for a picture while simultaneously wiping her tears and holding her youngest, Haven. Confetti, flowers, dessert, and song were all part of the affair, but Alba’s loved ones made the festivities extra special with a performance from a mariachi band. Now that’s how you throw an office party.
